Please arrive early, but no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

•Once inside, please wait by 3R, we will greet you 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, once cleaning is complete. You’ll be asked to leave your shoes by the door.

​

•You may use our bathroom (or the bathroom in the hallway if you arrive early; Synergy is not responsible for the hallway bathroom and cannot guarantee its cleanliness). 

​

•We will briefly go over and agree to a treatment plan.

​

•We will begin your massage on time to ensure we can disinfect between each client.

​

Any client who is not feeling well, must let us know immediately by replying to this email or by sending a message to specialists@synergymassagenyc.com to determine how to handle your upcoming appointment.
